Mombasa Governor Ali Hassan Joho was taken over the internet by frenzy after rocking a versace t-shirt which is worth ksh. 52,000.
In a video which has been making rounds in social media, the 46-year-old governor, now in his second and final term, is seen taking a selfie with American socialite and playgirl Paris Hilton while wearing that expensive versace t-shirt.
As a matter of fact, it is a limited edition versace. That means only a few people can afford it.
This has attracted a lot of reactions from the online community who are trolling Governor Joho for living a high end life while Mombasa residents are suffering.
One Twitter user, Abdul Nassir Wanguthi, has capitalized on Joho’s style of dressing to dethrone him as a Muslim leader.
While Mrs Trigga thinks that Joho neither cares about the price of the t-shirt nor what people are saying about him.

Joho, who also adds up as ODM Deputy Party leader, has attracted a lot of controversies recently. Most people are questioning how he is running Mombasa from US.
This follows the most brazen attack in Bamburi which was blamed on Wakali Kwanza gang.
From the US, Joho swiftly condemned the attack in Kisauani saying he is “extremely perturbed” by the violence and calling on security agents to move with speed and arrest the perpetrators.
BAMBURI ATTACKS – PRESS STATEMENT
I am extremely perturbed by yesterday’s wave of attacks in Bamburi and Mtopanga within Kisauni Sub-county.
I urge security agents to move with speed and bring to book perpetrators of last night’s attacks on innocent civilians. (Thread).

As Govt, it’s our duty to ensure protection of people’s lives & property. I am asking members of the public to volunteer information that will lead to the arrest of gangs that have been terrorizing people. We need to get to the bottom of the matter & address it once and for all.
