When one mentions about Kalenjin’s style of fashion, the Brown Jaget will definitely come into the minds of many. Kalenjins are known for their common style of fashion when it comes to dressing.
In 2017, the Kalenjin’s love for brown Jacket (Jaget) took the internet by storm with top leaders from the community also embracing the iconic dress code and gladly rocking out with them in public.
The fashion trend could however soon be changing after the community’s kingpin Deputy President William Ruto and Nandi Governor Stephen Sang seemingly agreed on another common fashion.
In two separate functions held on Sunday 4th, the two leaders interestingly appeared dressed in similar outfits. DP Ruto who attended an inter-denominational prayer service in Nanyuki Stadium, Laikipia East, Laikipia County was fully clad in a red Coat, a white shirt, and a cream trouser.

His Nandi County Governor Stephen Sang who was also attending a function miles away at St.Paul Namgoi Catholic church in Nandi county was also wearing the same outfit as his boss William Ruto.
