Promoted Kenya Premier League side Wazito FC has done the most business in the summer transfer window. The National Super League champions have so far signed over 6 players and they do not look like they will stop anytime soon.
On Wednesday morning the club confirmed the capture of young and highly rated Ugandan attacking midfielder Mansoor Safi Agu. The youngster is still in high school but his talent has attracted the interest of the Kenya Premier League moneybags.

He becomes Wazito’s 3rd signing in the space of two days after the club also confirmed the signing of two former Gor Mahia defendersBurundian international Karim Nizigiyimana and Rwandese international Abouba Sibomana.

Mansoor was a student at Kubuli Secondary School (KSS) which is in Kampala and Dynamic Secondary School. Wazito’s Sporting Director Solomon Alubala affirmed that the signing illustrates the faith the team has in young players who hold the future of the club.
“Mansoor is a fantastic player. At his age, he has unique abilities and focuses that will take him far. We are happy that he chose us to formally launch his professional career after High School”, he said.
Wazito’s first Kenya Premier League match next season will be against Nzoia Sugar at the Kenyatta Stadium in Machakos on the 20th of August.
