Kenyans from all walks of life wish all the best to the Kenya Morans in their final game against DR Congo on Saturday night. The Morans have come to the limelight this year after their impressive performance in the ongoing FIBA African Championship in Bamako, Mali.
The resilient Kenyan team has gone through thick and thin since their opener and ultimately they’ve reached the final. The Kenyan side had overcome Tunisia in the quarter-finals on Wednesday night to qualify for the semis where they ended Morocco’s hopes of a possible top-two finish. The Morans thrashed the North African side 96-66 on Thursday evening.
Kenyaβs shooting guards Tyler Okari and Eric Mutoro will also be eyeing the top scorerβs award.
Their spectacular run in the campaign has touched many Kenyans, who have sent their best wishes to the national basketball team ahead of the match;
Wamlambez!!!
Congratulations to Kenya #Morans for reaching @FIBA finals playing today

Kenya national basketball team will be looking forward to penning down history since 1993 where the team surprisingly reached the final four, their best performance before this year’s competition.
