Director of Public Prosecution DPP Noordin Haji order of arrest of Treasury CS Henry Rotich and other top government officials has continued to elicit different reactions, especially from the political Circles.
Embakasi East MP Babu Owino who has joined in wants the Deputy President William Ruto included in Haji’s list of those implicated in 21 Billion Arror and Kimwarer Dam Scandal and resign.
“Ruto should resign and must be arrested,” read his Facebook post.
Owino’s statement has come just a few hours after Political Analyst Mutahi Ngunyi caused outrage on Monday after insinuating that the DP was directly involved in the multi-billion scandal.

The vocal legislator’s statement has, however, landed him in trouble with Kenyans with a section warning him against turning his guns against the DP while calling on him to only focus on Embakasi politics.
Some Kenyans went on to bash the MP for making ‘unnecessary noise’ on the platform. They went on urging him to use the right means of and take his evidence to the Directorate of Criminal Investigations and have the DP prosecuted.
