The venue where Governor Ferdinand Waititu’s daughter is expected to hold her reception party after the wedding has been re-opened.
Waititu’s daughter Dr. Njeri Ndungu is expected to be married to Dr Nyotu Gitau this Saturday,20th of July at a high end wedding which will be held in P.C.E.A Evergreen Church in Runda and the reception party later held at Windsor Hotel.
But the family was today hit by bad news after The National Environment Management Authority (Nema) issued a closure order for Windsor Golf Hotel and Country club after it was found discharging untreated effluent into the environment.
However Nema has lifted the ban order stating that Windsor Hotel has initiated plans for proper disposal of their wastes.

But one thing which has caught the attention of many people is the fact that Waititu’s son-law has been shortlisted among the candidates hoping to fill the Chairperson’s position of the County Public Service Board.
Dr Herman Gitau Nyota who is wedding Dr Njeri Ndungu is the Third Candidate on the list which was produced by Kiambu County for people who should show up for the interview which was scheduled on 4th July 2019 at 9.00 AM.
