President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy Dr William Ruto have been hitting out at one another using phrases and their local native languages.

Neither of them wants to take the bull by its horns, they are simply beating by the bush.

The commander in Chief of Team Tangatanga, has sent another tackle directly aimed at his boss.

Speaking during the funeral of the late Businessman and Lawyer Kabage Karanja, Ruto revealed the late lawyer approached him for some advice.

Being frank Ruto told him that Politics in Kenya is like a game of up and downs always characterized by threats with little respect from fellow politicians.

“Hii siasa iko Na juu na chini…… na Vitisho ni mingi, Heshima ni kidogo na hapa Kati Kati mabroker ni wengi,” Dr Ruto said.

Although that might the truth of the matter, but in some way the message is indirectly being channeled to Uhuru.

The broker in this case is Raila Odinga who Ruto has always blamed to be cause of Jubilee’s problems. Ruto has even gone ahead to refer to Raila as the ‘Political Conman.’

Uhuru has been using harsh words in efforts to tame Team Tangatanga which will definitely not stop campaigning till 2022.

Few weeks ago Uhuru in his native language sent very tough warning while attending the Akorino Annual meeting which was held in Kasarani.

His tough outburst elicited a lot of reaction from Kenyans and other politicians who argued that he was directly attacking his Deputy.

During the Kabage Funeral which the President led other leaders to eulogize the great lawyer including AU Representative Raila Odinga, he did not hesitate to attack the busy-bodied politicians engaging in early politics.

Uhuru reminded the leaders to cease from engaging in early politics as it is not any way helping the republic.

But the son of a peasant has now learnt to shot without missing. Apart from telling him off referring to his constant warnings as ‘vitisho’ ,he has vowed not to stop politicking.

Speaking in his native Kalenjin language, Ruto alluded to the Bible justifying his cause of engaging in early politics.

“You plan for today and the future … And that is why when we go for these public rallies, they [MPs] say we are in Jubilee and organised for tomorrow. Is there a problem with that?” Ruto asked amid cheers.

He further asked: “Do you know the date of going to heaven? But you have faith that we are going to heaven? So with this 2022 which we know the date, the week and the month, is there a problem when we plan?”

This is a clear indicator that the top bras in the country don’t read from one script. They have different agendas which is the cause of political unsettledness in the country.
