President Kenyatta leads Kenyans in Mourning Businessman Karanja Kabage

This July is slowly turning out to be a dark month. The country is just losing its top brains and most reliable persons.

The country had not finished the mourning of Safaricom CEO Bob Collymore just to be hit by another news of the passing of Prominent businessman and lawyer Karanja Kabage.

Kabage died in a road accident on Friday night while driving in Nairobi’s Karen area, according to his family and close friends.

The Prominent lawyer is among the top officials who attended the memorial service of Safaricom CEO The Late Bob Collymore.

President Uhuru Kenyatta led the nation to mourn with the family of Lawyer Karanja Kabage. The President described him as a ‘resourceful person who was always ready to offer legal aid to those who sought his help.’

The AU Representative also passed his condolences message to the family of Kabage.

“It with shock and sadness that I have received news of the untimely demise of lawyer, politician and businessman Karanja Kabage, my heartfelt condolences go out to his family and friends. May God grant them strength at this trying moment and may his soul rest in eternal peace,”Raila stated.

Kabage is a prominent insurance expert, having served as a director at African Reinsurance Corporation and First Reinsurance Brokers Limited.

He has also served as a board member of the Kenya Private Sector Alliance, National Social Security Fund (NSSF), Labour Advisory Board, Energy Regulatory Authority Commission among others.

He was also a great mind especially when it comes to giving reasoned out views on TV. He was simply a great panelist.
