Manchester United reserve midfielder, Andreas Pereira and loanee defender Axel Tuanzebe have both signed contract extensions at Manchester United, with the option to extend for a further year.
Pereira, 23-year-old, joined United’s academy in 2011 from PSV Eindhoven and has since gone on to feature 35 times for the first-team.
And on Friday, the young midfielder has been rewarded by signing a new four-year contract with the Premier League giants until June 2023.
Meanwhile, Tuanzebe a product of United’s academy before making his debut in 2017 and his first competitive start in the same year has put pen to paper on a new deal that will keep him at the club until June 2022 with the ManchesterUnited believed to have the youngster in plans for the next season.
After penning down the new deal, Pereira told United’s official website: ”I have spent so long in Manchester that I now regard the city and the club as my home and I’m extremely happy to continue my career here”.
”The manager has shown great faith in me and I can’t wait to get this campaign started under him”.

Differently, Tuanzebe had this to say: ‘I have grown up at Manchester United and it has always been a big part of my life and my family’s life. I appreciate the trust that the club has in me and I want to repay that with my performances on the pitch.
‘I know I have a lot of hard work and learning ahead of me but the experience I gained throughout last season puts me in good stead for the future ahead. I am determined to give everything and show everyone the player that I can be.
‘I can’t wait for the tour to get started and to see what the upcoming season brings.’
