With barely three years remaining towards the next 2022 polls, former Uasin Gishu gubernatorial candidate Zedekiah Bundotich, popularly known as Buzeki, has been establishing grounds in areas believed to be under the tight grip of Deputy President William Ruto.

Buzeki who has lately been sending hard tackles to the DP is now campaigning for the ouster of corrupt politicians who are desperate to identify themselves with the poor claiming that there is no place for them in 2022.

Posting on his Twitter page, the flamboyant businessman hit at such leaders who have been using stolen money to donate to the poor in efforts to gain support from them.

“LEADERS whose way of life is CORRUPTION are Desperately FORCING to IDENTIFY themselves with the poor masses they have FLEECED and continue FLEECING, this EPITOMIZES the height of BRUTAL Psychological MANIPULATION. We MUST resist. 2022 IT is. Change is Coming, ” read his post.

But is Buzeki sending a coded message to Ruto?

This is not the first time the controversial incoming Chama cha Mashimanani (CCM)  Secretary-General has castigated the hustler nation and Ruto’s huge sum donations in churches.

Recently, he proposed to ban any pronouncements on church donations so that genuine givers and corrupt leaders are squared out. He went on to argue that John Mbadi’s fundraiser contributions bill for having capped at Sh100,000, is only irritating religious hypocrites and corrupt leaders.

Mbadi has acknowledged getting complains from Ruto’s side that he is targeting him. He has however denied the claims saying that the DP doesn’t feature anywhere in his proposal.
