Whatsapp, for example, would be listed as one of the most convenient applications of all time. The fact that it is a text messaging medium but with exciting features like photos and videos. What’s more, is we are able to video call with your family and friends. As mentioned above we need to be cautious even as we embrace the inventions.
These are some things that kill a relationship especially through WhatsApp. It is important to beware of that mobile phone that you cannot place down. The applications of instant messaging arise, in principle, to facilitate communication, not only between couples but in all types of relationships. Below are a few things we do when using WhatsApp that could create a crisis in relationships;
WhatsApp videos
One of the worst inventions from WhatsApp is the indiscriminate sending of videos. Videos that neither go to you nor come to you but that your partner watches carefully during the minutes that are needed. And he tells you to see them and if you say no, they forward them to you. And all this while you are trying to get your partner away from that device that is the mobile phone.
Clogged messages
Surely it makes you very happy that your partner says ‘I love you’ on a morning Whatsapp, who misses you or anything else. But if he sends you 30 messages throughout the morning, you may end up saturating yourself with so much love and attention. This much love, might not be good because you will always look forward to receiving them on a daily.
No Whatsapp message
You see, having too much of the messages can be exciting and annoying at the same time, having less of it could alternatively communicate something else. When your boyfriend doesn’t send you any Whatsapp message to see how your day was, but only sends you in cases of urgency or for very specific issues, this makes you think that you do not matter. It only makes you feel that your relationship is unattended and something needs to be done urgently.
Sexting
This kind of texting is exciting but the red flag shows up when you don’t know the perfect time to actually do it. For Example, if your relationship is still new, you might be forced to avoid these types of messages. If the relationship is beginning, perhaps it is better to wait until there is a little more confidence because not everyone is comfortable with this kind of texting and it’s good to understand that.
Last Seen and blueticks
The worst enemy of self-esteem is the double blue check and silence. You have sent him a message through Whatsapp and you can tell he has read it and he decides not to answer you.

This kind of attitude is popularly known as ‘leave you in sight.’ If you don’t feel like talking to the person just avoid opening the message, it more hurting to leave the person on blue-ticks.
Exclusive dedication
Your partner has a passion for WhatsApp, so much that in your appointments instead of paying attention to you, is dedicated exclusively to Whatsapp with his/her friends. The most annoying thing is they keep laughing loudly and forget both of you should be spending quality together. This is a selfish act and very inappropriate act to do while with someone you claim to love.
Deleted chats
You’re not a kind that snoops through your partner’s cell phone, but your partner has the audacity of texting and deleting chats in front of you. You might not clearly see the contact, by bad luck you might not see the conversation, but you clearly see them deleting to chat. How suspicious, right?
Fr the sake of saving your relationship to avoid having the loopholes mentioned above. You might not be doing it willingly but through good communication, you will understand how it feels to be on the receiving end of such annoying acts.
