Duale has insisted that he is ready to defend Wanjiku in Gikomba and Halima in Eastleigh.

Other legislators including Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria and Nixon Korir went to the defense of Jaguar protesting his arrest only to be treated to teargas by the Kenya Police. Moses Kuria even announced the onset of revolution due to that.

However the angry Tanzanian Parliament has not taken the issue lightly following Jaguar’s xenophobic remarks. The MPs from Tanzania vowed to replicate what Jaguar threatened to do to their traders.

The Kenyan Government distanced itself from Jaguar’s remarks stating that he will bear the consequences of his speech. It assured traders of their security. While the Tanzanian Government took precautionary measures recalling its Ambassador back.
