However, Kenyans have turned their guns on Hon Raila Odinga who is representing President Uhuru Kenyatta.

The Enigma of Kenya politics, Raila has camped in Egypt to support the National Football Team but most of his political foes have capitalized on his ‘losing culture’ to pin him down.

One Twitter User by the name Eldon Lang’at has asked Hon Raila Odinga to board the next flight back home. Lang’at has stated that the curse which is associated with him is currently affecting the National Team.

However some of his supporters have strongly debunked that misconception terming it as unwarranted. Top Most Blogger Disembe has also rubbished the claims stating that Raila is not part of Harambee stars Technical Bench.

However, Hon Raila Odinga portrayed his full support and loyalty by meeting with the National Team after a humbling defeat to Algeria. The AU Representative gave them a pep talk full of motivation to continue pushing even harder despite the defeat.

“After a 15 year absence from the tournament you played your hearts out but didn’t get a favorable result. Keep your heads up and keep going, kuteleza sio kuanguka. The whole nation is still rooting for you Harambee Stars all the best in the rest of your AFCON  fixtures,”stated Raila Odinga.
