ANC leader Musalia Mudavadi has presented a list of demands which President Uhuru Kenyatta must address urgently.
Addressing the media on Tuesday in Nairobi, Musalia Mudavadi identified the loopholes in President Uhuru’s administration which are hurting Kenyans.
The borrowing spree by the government was the main point of focus by ANC party leader. Mudavadi criticised the government over its ‘reckless’ borrowing which he said cannot be properly accounted for.
Mudavadi said the increased borrowing is meant to feed greedy individuals in the government.
Mudavadi said it is high time that the government establishes an independent Public Debt Management Authority.
He said the authority will be able to regulate and manage the present and future debts.
Mudavadi also addressed the wrangles that rocked the education sector in the country between KNUT and Ministry of Education. CS Magoha and KNUT representatives led by Wilson Sossion have been exchanging bitter words over the roll out of the Competency Based Curriculum. Mudavadi wants the head of state to address the wrangles.
Youth Uneployment also was covered in Musalia Mudavadi’s list of demands.
The President has been tasked to address the issues without forgetting corruption which is the Country’s greatest headache.
