Tanzanian Celebrities Who Defiled Ramadhan 2019

 

The Muslim holy month of Ramadan started at the beginning of May, Sunday 5th, and most of the world’s  Muslims have been observing it. Being the most sacred month of the year for Muslims, all Muslims are expected to keep themselves holy, observe the fasting hours and also help the needy.

 

In countries such as Tanzania where a majority are Muslims, people are expected to show 100% commitment in observing religious discipline. However, the converse is true.

Tanzanian most influential people and celebrities have defied and defiled the holy month of Ramadhan by doing the things that are not supposed to be done during that month.

 

Among the people who have shown much disrespect for the 2019 Ramdhan are Artistes. from the way they dress to how they conduct themselves, Tanzanian artistes have been on the spotlight for taking Ramadhan as just a normal month.

Harmonize and WCB group

 

When Harmonize organized the Iftar party at Serena Hotel In Tanzania, He was lauded by many people, However, he appeared to the event dressed differently from other his WCB colleagues who had covered their heads well.

To make it worse,  Harmonize and his fellow artists from WCB Wasafi- Diamond, Rayvanny and Mbosso, performed secular music during the event.

The act of these four performings live during Iftar evoked anger from Tanzanians who criticized them saying that they dishonored Allah!

Hamisa who has been In India shooting her music Video posted a photo on social media wearing a quite revealing dress, something that forced Tanzanians to complain.
