Tusker FC revenged the first leg to AFC Leopards by beating them 2-0 in a League match staged at Machakos Stadium on Sunday.
Tusker FC managed to break AFC Leopards defence at the 12th minute. David Majak gave the Brewers an early lead and left Leopards with a mountain to climb. The Big cats started to the hunt for the equalizer but were nearly caught napping 10 minutes later.
They were only lucky that Majak’s header this time around hit the side net. Four minutes later Majak set up Boniface Muchiri with a back heel touch and the attacker did not make a mistake after the chance, he send the ball past Leopards keeper for 2-0.
Tusker would then stand tall at the back to keep AFC Leopards at bay in the remaining minutes of the half. In the closing half, both team stood tall at the back to ensure it ended without goals.
The defeat leaves Leopards at position 11 with 42 points while Tusker are sixth with 53 points
