KCB to face-off with Ulinzi in a mid-table clash in Kenyatta Stadium

KCB will be out to extend their win on their second last match of the season when they meet2010 Kenya PremierLeague winners Ulinzi at Kenyatta Stadium in Machakos County.

It is a fight between two mid-table teams which have given the top-flight teams a hard time of the season and their meeting is one to watch.

The bankers drew their midweek match that was played at their home ground, Afraha in Nakuru. It was the third time in a row for the two teams to share spoils having done the same in two different times but recording drawsof1-1 unlike this time round when they drew 3-3.

Ulinzi will have their defence to blame for the roe because they were leading3-1 before the two sides went for a break.

On the other side, KCB who were struggling at the beginning of the season got a deserving win against Nzoia Sugar in a match that ended 1-0 in their favour.

None of the two sides will overtake Tusker FC who is at position 7 in the KPL log with 50 points even if they win their last two matches.

KCB, AFC Leopards and Ulinzi have all a single point difference between them which means every match counts. Ulinzi’s last match will be against struggling Mount Kenya United who has already been relegated having garnered only eighteen points out of their36 matches that they have played so far.

Their opponents will on the other side play flower planters of Zoo Kericho s they work to end the league in Style. Gor Mahia has already won the league a third time in a row even after drawing 1-1 with Vihiga United in a match played at Kenyatta Stadium.

The Gor Mahia win means that they are going to keep it for life being the third time they are reaching the fete a thing that has been replicated by AFC Leopards and Ulinzi although they have done it only once.
