A Nairobi court has ruled to retain a colonial-era law that criminalizes homosexuality meaning that any two consenting partners who will be found to be having same-sex relations, they can face up to 14 years in prison. They can also be jailed for seven years maximum for just attempting to have such sexual relations.
Kenyans have left the social media wash with division from both parties that support the ruling and those against it.
Gayism should not only be outlawed completely,it should be made a capital offence punishable by death,we can’t have people behaving like wild animals and yet we expect to run a civilised society, the very idea of same sex is disturbing, nauseating and an insult to God #Repeal162

The greatest obscenities in this country are not Prostitutes who parade themselves every night searching for pennies; or lesbian and gay people but the thieves in public offices milking this country dry, choking the future of this nation and rendering it useless.#Repeal162

In the time since the gay community became public, it has evolved from simply illegal to G to LG to LGB to LGBT to LGBTQ to LGBTQI and now to LGBTQIA. Love is a matter of the heart and love wins always. When the dust has blown and settled, a new dawn will come. 🌈#Repeal162
