Why Juventus Are Most Likely to Hire Jose Mourinho as Their Coach

Cristiano Ronaldo is undoubtedly a real driving force in any club he plays for.

He is known to command a lot in a club owing to the fact that he delivers exceptional performance and result when in play.

Speculations are going around that Ronaldo is the main reason behind PSG sending Massimiliano Allegri home.

Juventus confirmed last week Friday that Allegri will be exiting the club despite his contract running till next year.

Allegri, 51, enjoyed five trophy-laden seasons in Turin. But reports of feuds with club officials – including sporting director Fabio Paratici and vice-president Pavel Nedved – led to his early exit.

Searching for a new coach is currently the biggest deal the Italian club is facing. Allegri had earlier on advised the club to look for a great coach who will match the standards of Juventus.

“The name of the next coach? That I don’t know, someone needs to be on the bench, but I don’t know who,” he told Italian TV program.

“In any case, they will choose a great coach because Juve is a great club.”

All of us know that a great coach who is currently looking for a job is, of course, Jose Mourinho.

Interestingly enough, Mourinho has got strong backing from a man with great influence at Turin, Cristiano Ronaldo.

In a report cited by one sports publication,  Ronaldo has put the 56-year-old’s name forward for the job.

The two Portuguese worked together for some times in Spain at Real Madrid. Though things didn’t go well with them towards the end, it is reported that they had patched things up.

Mourinho may have more relationships to fix before he gets the Juventus job, though.

The last time he was at the Allianz Stadium – in November 2018 – he taunted the home crowd by cupping his hand to his ear after defeating Juventus in the Champions League with Manchester United.

An apology may be in order, Jose.

All we are waiting to see is whether Juventus will bow to Ronaldo’s request and hire Jose Mourinho as Juventus coach.
