Kenyan head coach Sebastian Migne is not having it as news going around is that he has produced a complacent team ahead of AFCON.

Indeed, the hot-headed coach has insisted that the team is not complacent and that if anyone is found lazying around, they will be axed!

Additionally, Migne has insisted that anyone who does not give their 100% during training will not make it to Egypt, and their names will be replaced with more deserving individuals in the squad.

According, to the Frenchman, each player in the squad must prove their worth despite having the talent. Indeed, hard work is what will guarantee a place in the squad.

Harambee Stars are scheduled to leave for Paris on the 31st of May, where they will go for a 19-day residential camp prior to going to Cairo for the tournament on June 19th

Moreover, Migne has promised that he will trim the 30-man-squad down to 23 players before leaving for France.

Kenya has secured two friendly matches in France, against Madagascar on June 7 and Gambia on June 15.

Kenya will play its Group C of the Africa Cup of Nations. The first match will see Harambee Stars face Algeria on June 23, Tanzania will be up next on June 27, before winding it up with a match against Senegal on July 1.

At the same time, Migne is also watching the preparations of the Kenya team for the African Nations Championship (CHAN) qualifiers.

The tournament, which is open to local based players plying their trade in their home country, will see Kenya play against Burundi in August.
