In this day and age, we have grown as millennials in this construct of complicated relationships where rejection by one partner to another is met by death as we have come to witness in the rising cases of spouses or bitter jilted lover ending the other life.
The era of the spark of love, infatuation maybe is over. We as the individual’s blinded by the media we consume that we should feel something like butterflies in our stomachs, the stars move and the ground beneath us shaking so as to know that it is the right person we meet. Is the right person defined by what we feel and should we feel it strongly? We find ourselves pegging strong feelings to something that is not relatable.

This is why you find we end up complicating things. You find someone in a relationship or even married, finding themselves attracted to someone else because of the connection they may have developed over a short period of time. The thought of maybe they made a mistake with who they are with at the moment and they see that maybe they should be with this new person and they find themselves cheating.
Are millennials jumping from level one to five and they now know all about that individual and now you know so much about someone but you do not know the person themselves. We start from the wrong end, share our deepest darkest desires in week three and you find when the person walks away, you feel they have broken you, wound you and betrayed you as you poured all out to them.
We need to step back and stop the rushing part, it may be said you only live ones, but what is life if you not living it correctly. Why are we complicating things that? Are we being pushed by societal time clock that we should find someone early, but before you engage with someone as yourself would you marry you in that situation?
