Veteran American Actor and former California governor Arnorld Schwarzenegger has sent a message to his fans after his attack in South Africa.
The news of his attack went viral after the video of the incident was shared allover social media.
Schwarzenegger, 71, was interacting with his fans at the Arnold Classic Africa, an event showcasing body-building and other sports, in Johannesburg when he was kicked from behind.
The veteran actor urged his fans not to share the video of the guy who intentionally attacked him to be famous, but encouraged them to watch some Arnold sports athletes who deserve the fame for their fitness and talent.
“We have 90 sports here in South Africa at the Arnold sports, and 24,000 athletes of all ages and abilities inspiring all of us to get off the couch. Let’s put this spotlight on them.” He wrote on his tweet
The 71 year old also confirmed that he was okay saying his fans should have nothing to worry about.
“Thanks for your concerns, but there is nothing to worry about. I thought I was just jostled by the crowd, which happens a lot. I only realized I was kicked when I saw the video like all of you. I’m just glad the idiot didn’t interrupt my Snapchat.” he wrote in a tweet
Despite the attack, Schwarzenegger mentioned that he was looking forward to visiting a lot more great athletes later in the day at the Arnold Sports Africa.
