It is only two days left for the mass registration of Kenyans into the National Integrated Information Management system (NIIMS) to come to an end and last minute Kenyans are rushing to get huduma namba.
Long queues have been witnessed this morning in several parts of Nairobi, with long lines being seen along the roads. However, this seem to be an opportunity to some of the huduma namba clerks.
With Kenyans being moved by the fear instilled into them by the government through Interior Cabinet Secretary Dr Fred Matiang’i, the clerks are exploring the opportunity to defraud Kenyans of their money.
For you to be registered in this last minute, you either have money, or be left out, for the person with money to be served first.
Just a few days ago, the issue of the fake gold scandal emerged with the names of some key political figures being dragged into the scandal.
According to Narok Senator Ledama Ole Kina, huduma namba is a scam just like the fake gold.
I told you #HudumaNamba is a scam just like the fake Gold!

The senator was responding to a video of a huduma namba clerk asking Kenyans to go back and come with Ksh 300 each for them to be registered. The video went viral on social media on Wednesday.
Have a look at the video.
Corruption everywhere. Despite complaints against payments for #HudumaNamba services, govt officials are just allowing the crooks to con the common man. See this. @FredMatiangi pic.twitter.com/cFcrtJCVXW
