Popular Social media influencer Joe Muchiri has embarked in a war of words with comedian and radio Presenter Jalang’o over the authenticity and use of procuring the Huduma number, with its fast approaching deadline.
While many Kenyans scramble to the long lines, others are in clear defiance of the government’s directive because they don’t see the need. There’s only those two types of Kenyans today and these two influencers are stuck on opposite sides, ready to tear each other up for their opinions.
Jalang’o took to his Instagram to encourage everyone to take the number and Muchiri has condemned the act as one meant to sway the population from using their brains to decide.
Joe Muchiri went on to highlight the terms and conditions of the number that could harm many Kenyans in future followed by ‘I AM NOT BOARDING!’

d.ngashofficial Joe I don’t think people have an understanding of how powerful the data being correct is and its implications Incase of breach or misuse given the country have no solid legal framework on data protection…with how corrupt our system are am 100% sure a year won’t end without a major scandal concerning the data.. they can deport those who will resist 😫 We can as well and go build other growing economies like Ethiopia
