Nameless reveals music group behind his success

The ‘Salari’ hitmaker, David Mathenge, famously known as Nameless has shared throwback memory in which he revealed the people who helped him to be who he is.

Sharing a poster of then greatest music group, Gidigidi majimaji, he said that they inspired him to become an urban pop artist. He said; “I just came across this on the net. Gidi Gidi Maji maji one of the Kenyan groups that came before me and inspired me to try to become an urban pop artist.

Anyway, tonight I will be in Carni for David Muriithi 50th birthday and his 30 year anniversary in the music industry, wow,( I Respect my elders).

For those who don’t know, him and Tedd Josiah of Audiovault discovered me through a radio compe and recorded my first song Megarider and a week later Davi got me my first gig as Nameless in the same Carnivore for a product launch.
