Tanzanian artiste cum TV Host Marianne Mdee populary known as Mimi Mars has confirmed another collabo with her singer sister Vanessa Mdee.
In an exclusive interview, Mimi said their song dubbed ‘Expensive’ is coming soon .
“Nyimbo inaitwa Expensive ambalo pia ndio jina la EP ya Vee Money ijayo” she said.
Mimi is signed to Tanzanian label Mdee Music run by East Africa’s first lady of pop Vanessa Mdee, who also happens to be her sister. Getting onto the music scene as part of a musical family has solidified Mimi’s brand.
Another one of her sisters, Nancy Hebron aka Tero Mdee, is a former TV personality in Kenya turned gospel singer.
Some days back Mimi Mars teamed up with her sisters Nancy Hebron and Vanessa Mdee to release a gospel song.
The gospel song dubbed, ‘Taa Ya Miguu Yangu’,was actually well received by the public.
Nancy took to social media to share how they came about working together on the new song.
She wrote, “Tuliingia studio kwa lengo moja tu….kuimba! Lakini ikawa zaidi, tuliimba, tulicheka, tulicheza.
