The ‘Bora Uhai’ hitmakers, Ochungulo family, has done it again. They have released another hit song, Aluta. The song is at 5.8K views, two hours after it was released.

Describing the song, they said; “Aluta is a famous slang which in full is termed as ‘ ALUTA CONTINUA’. The Ochungulo Family has a created a song to represent the DUNDANATION!!! and the ‘MPAKA CHE’ lifestyle of the Kenyan youthman.

The combination of the artist involved is a perfect blend which was much suggested by the fans due to the rapidly growing sound which we believe is the future of Kenyan music ‘GENGETONE’. WataGwan WataGwaaan WataGwaaaaan!!!! jibambe juu LEO MPAKA ALUTA!”

The song is performed by Nellythegoon, Dmore, Benzema, Exray and Gwaash, Video directed by Ivan Odie (callivan) Recorded at Up n Up studio Mixed and Mastered by Ashi Akatsa.

When Nairobi MCA’s sought to eject county speaker Beatrice Elachi, she is said to have used pepper spray on them as one MCA would narrate to the media.

The MCA used the word ‘Krimino’ (criminal) to describe the act, which Ochungulo family tapped into and had Krimino, a follow-up to their first song from Bora Uhai. The group has then released Thutha, Na Iwakeand its remix.

The songs are doing well online with the least garnering over 300,000 views and have bagged them notices if their current appearances in events are anything to go by. Na Iwake has been played by BBC 1Xtra in the UK.
