Kenya’s singer Akothee continues with her philanthropic gesture to salvage Turkana people from hunger.
In her quest to find a permanent solution to the food crisis in the region, Akothee has revealed that Unga Limited has donated 28 tonnes of flour.
In a post she shared on her social media, Akothee through Akothee Foundation, has appealed to members of the public dealing with logistics to volunteer in transporting the donations to Turkana.
“I need a transport company to volunteer and help me deliver these foodstuffs to Turkana courtesy of @AkotheeFDN,” posted Akothee.

Akothee has also promised goodies to the willing fans who will offer the required assistance.

The global award winner reinstated that she is not corrupt in her deals. But as a way of appreciating commitments, volunteers will win a permanent tender for carrying out all Akothee Foundation projects.
Akothee was named the winner of the prestigious International Reggae and World Music Awards (IRAWMA) 2019 edition.
