News of Eden Hazard leaving Chelsea for Real Madrid could be rife as discussion will resume this week between both clubs.
Hazard may have played his last game in a Chelsea shirt on Sunday as the Blues and Leicester ground out a 0-0 draw.

The Belgian winger is expected to depart Stamford Bridge this summer, with a move to Real Madrid all but confirmed.
He has been a key player for Chelsea this season, scoring 19 goals, and setting up a further 16, as he helped the west London side secure Champions League football for next season.

“Yes, I wanted that but that’s not happened. I’m still waiting like you are waiting and like the fans are waiting,” Hazard said after Sunday’s match.
“I have made my decision but it is not just about me. I told the club a couple of weeks ago. We have a final to play and let’s see.
“Has it been a distraction? Never. When you’re on the pitch, you try to be focused on the pitch with the ball. That’s it.

“When I am on the pitch I just try to do the best. I am not thinking my situation or the club’s situation. I just try to win games.”
Chelsea and Real are yet to agree on a transfer fee for the switch, with the Blues refusing to give up their star man for any less than £100m.
And according to the Telegraph, the Spanish club are ready for serious talks over the next few days as they look to secure a deal before the end of the month.
