Radio Queen Adelle Onyango was this week surprised with a special gift in remembrance of her late mother.
Adelle has in many instances shared memories she has of her late mum and today, she shared a post about her to mark the celebrations of International Mothers day.
Adelle lost her mother to cancer years ago and was not an easy pain to deal with.
The Kiss FM Radio presenter says that this Mothers Day, she isn’t doing badly although she also cannot hide the fact that she is envious of people whose mothers are alive.
“I’m not doing tooooo badly this mother’s day – ok I may have snapped unnecessarily earlier but I think part of me is envious of all your living mothers. Which is ok and human.” she wrote in her post
Adele is grateful for a special gift given to her by an artist of her late mother’s portrait. She also sent love and hugs to all those who lost their mothers.

I just remembered a kind gift a brilliant artist gave me this week. He took one of my fave pics of my mum from my TL, did this portrait of her and surprised me with it. Such a timely surprise. I am so thankful @eliamin_ink!!!
