The renown music producer, Tedd Josiah, is in pain as the mothers’ day approach. He shared the memories of his late wife, Reginah Katar, wishing she would still be with him.

Through his Instagram account, he said; “As we approach Mother’s Day am always torn, my heart looking at a little cub knowing her mom was yanked from her life in the middle of the night right after breastfeeding.

The more she grows the more she has that same smile, those same eyes that her mom had, the more she wants to sing every song like her mama did, the more I see the fire and passion her mom had, the more i see her command a room the way her mom did and all that is a big blessing and joy because it heals me.

But on the other hand, they say it’s better to have loved and lost than to have never loved at all….. am no longer sure of that statement….. Many times I’ve wished 2017 never happened but that would be to wish My little JayJay was never born and that’s not a wish I want.

In this life give thanks for the moments I have with people, 30seconds, 5 minutes, 5years…. live love and laugh. For those who are going crazy missing their mothers this week, I am praying for you, for those who never knew their mothers, am praying for you.

For those mothers struggling with the weight of raising a child alone am praying for you. I met an angel, she changed me, made me a better man.”

Reginah died from internal bleeding, which was caused by a blood disorder in which there were too few platelets in her blood. She was just three months into motherhood, with after-childbirth wounds yet to fully heal, when she died.
