15 years since its first edition, the popular annual awards show has moved from strength to strength giving gospel artists a platform to grow their music.
The awards seek to promote and connect gospel artists across Africa and raise the quality and standard of the local and regional gospel music industry.
This edition’s nomination night was held on May 8th at the Kenya National Theatre.
The star-studded event has officially released the list of nominees under all the categories for fans to get to voting. Check them out below:
The Groove Awards nominations event included hosts such as MC Ivy who show stopped in a lovely yellow dinner gown, giving the nominees a run for their money.
Among the celebrities and artists in attendance includes last years winner Ecko Dyda and his sons.
