Flamboyant City lawyer Donald Kipkorir has welcomed the appointment of the new government spokesman Colonel (RTD) Cyrus Oguna.
According to Lawyer Kipkorir, the appointment of Colonel Oguna is an indication that the handshake is at work.
He further added that before handshake Kenya would not have witnessed the sacking of Kiraithe.

The new kid on the block was appointed by the Information and Communications Information Cabinet Secretary Joe Mucheru. Oguna will
oversee the role of all government communication channels under the ICT Ministry
He was the officer behind the Linda Nchi operation a position he held for three years, between 2011 – 2013 when the KDF entered Somalia.
He holds a Master of Arts degree, from the University of Nairobi and is currently pursuing a second Masters degree in International Studies from the same institution.
He is also a graduate of the prestigious National Defense College, Kenya.
