DCI tracked my moves using my phone, reveals Boniface Mwangi

Activist Boniface Mwangi has revealed how the DCI officers arrested him. According to Mwangi, the DCI knew he was home since they tracked him using his phone.

While taking to his twitter account Mwangi said, ” I was arrested by four @DCI_Kenya officers from my house. They knew l was home because my phone was on and they could track my movements. Upon arrival at Central Police Station l was told “some people” are planning a revolution and l might have some information. l know nothing. “

According to reports from the DCI, Mwangi was arrested on an alleged organisation of a revolution that was likely to cause civil unrest and a breach of peace.

However, Mwangi said he is only a photographer by profession and said he had nothing to say over the inquiry into a revolution.
