Harambee Stars duo of Jesse Were and Antony Akumu were on the scoresheet as Zesco beat Prison Leopards 2-1 in Kabwe on Saturday.
Akumu and Were goals have ensured that the side moved top of the Zambian Super League with 27 points from 15 matches.
Were opened the scored after the break before Liya Landu equalized for Leopards at the 74th minute. Akumu bagged the winner just before the final whistle to earn his side maximum points from Kabwe.
Leopards home to immediate former AFC Leopards ace Victor Majid sit at the bottom of the log after the loss.
Nkana home to former AFC Leopards skipper Duncan Otieno walked away with a point from Green Eagles.
