Lukaku’s Comment Proves He Will be at Old Trafford Next Season

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer started on a high note right after taking the mantle as Manchester United manager from Jose Mourinho last year December.

As caretaker manager, Solskjaer won 14 of all the 17 matches United played under him.

But things changed drastically and the Red Devils have only managed to win 2 of the last 10 matches.

Solskjaer’s boys are set to miss the top four slot as they are currently in the sixth position with only two matches left.

But United forward Romero Lukaku has insisted that things will be different next season. Lukaku has said that it is always very hard to changing a manager in the middle of the season.

“We will be much better. It’s not easy to change managers mid-season. Next year we’ll be up there, “Lukaku said.

Lukaku, who has scored 15 goals this season, was also tied to his departure from Old Trafford and asked directly if he could stop speculation on a transfer to Serie A, the 25-year-old left the open door.

“I do not know. I am not here to talk about rumours. I am still under contract, “he said.

Lukaku’s speech tend to speculate his staying at the club the next season.
