Is Raila Being Played? Why Babu Owino Thinks it is Time for Handshake Divorce

Embakasi East MP Babu Owino has raised concerns over foul play- insinuating that ODM leader Raila Odinga might have been played in the handshake deal.

Taking to twitter, Babu said:

“I’m smelling a rat.The by product of this Handshake must be a referendum to amend the constitution,or we divorce if the marriage can’t manufacture a baby.Everything MUST be clear by the end of this year.Ujinga hatutakubali na ufala ya peni mbili.”

President Uhuru Kenyatta, ODM Party Leader Raila Odinga, and top government officials travelled to the Asian country on Tuesday for talks to secure the funds.

The loan was made for the construction of Naivasha to Kisumu railway line.However, plan didnt materialise as Uhuru came back bare handed.
