On Thursday, Lawyer Assa Nyakundi spent a night in remand to allow police to carry out more investigation.
Later on Friday, City lawyer Assa Nyakundi was charged with manslaughter at Kiambu law courts.
The lawyer was arrested for shooting his son dead on March 17 near his Muthaiga home, later the lawyer fell sick and spend so much time in the hospital until Thursday.
Mr. Nyakundi claimed that he shot his son accidentally from inside the car while holstering his gun.
Contrary, autopsy reports revealed that the shooting was done from outside.
