Kyadondo East Mp Robert Kyagulanyi alias Bobi Wine has beaten the Ugandan metropolitan police in holding him down and finding him as well as he has announced his whereabouts amidst heightened security since his arrest.
It’s not clear how Bobi Wine left his home in Magere, Kasangati in Wakiso District where he has been under house arrest since April 23.

Police said they had put Bobi Wine under preventive arrest on allegations that his actions are a security threat.
However, Bobi Wine on Thursday afternoon posted on social media saying he was in Bugiri, about 158 kilometers from Kampala.
“I had to find a way of attending the burial of our patriotic elder Haji Samanya Lyavaala in Bugiri.
No matter how much the government tries to keep us apart we shall always find a way of coming together, Bobi Wine said in a statement.
Also, the latest from Bugiri indicate that several people have started flocking the burial ceremony to have a glimpse of Bobi Wine.
Lyavala succumbed to kidney cancer on April 24 at Norvik Hospital in Kampala where he has been admitted for about a month.
