The reality tv star has had a love- hate relationship with her butts going by past reports and confessions. In an interview the people magazine, Kim admitted that she doesn’t like her butt.
“I love curves, but I don’t love my butt and my hips being so big. I totally have insecurities.”

In the past, she has also had to vehemently deny having had cosmetic surgery to inflate her bum, and claims her curvaceous look was down to pregnancy weight and treatment for psoriasis.
During an episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians in 2011, Kim had her derriere X-rayed to prove she hasn’t had silicone implants in her cheeks.“Who the hell of a normal person gets butt implants?” she told the show.
Doctors confirmed Kim is au natural. “I’m so glad I did this X-ray,” she said at the time.
