Gospel Artist Danny Gift has revealed why he abandoned the Wakorino faith.
Danny Gift, says that he was born and raised in the Wakorino faith and he grew up waiting the white scarf on his head for 21 years.
Adding on to his background, Danny Gift said he had no history of music apart from singing the Korino songs.
Their major faith he says was wearing according to the levites dressing code although they share similar beliefs with other Chritians.
Speaking on Mseto East Africa, Danny Gift added that he decided to abandon the faith because of the style of music he ventured into which is Reggae and bongo tunes.
Danny Gift says that his music contradicted the Korino faith and he felt that he would be shaming other Korino members by pursuing his ministry in music.
He however clarifies that he did not do it out of rebellion but simply because he felt he was not representing the Korino faith as expected.
The Singer says that he is now saved and he is sure that he will go to heaven.
Danny Gift says that what makes him stand out among other gospel artists is that he has a foundation in family and church which always keeps him in check on what he does.
