Security of the Tanga tanga crew has been under the raider lately with many from the team lamenting that they are being denied their right due to their undying loyalty to the Deputy President William Ruto.
In their recent mission at the AIPCA function graced by President William Ruto in Nyeri, they once again experienced a security detail blackout stemming from a quiet order from the office of the president barring all the police officers, chiefs and their assistants from attending the function.
According to sources within the DP’s entourage, there was not a single police officer or members of the national administration at the county level in the event which was organized by the warring factions within the African Independent Pentecostal Church of Africa (AIPCA) in Nyeri.
Even with that, DP Ruto was confident saying that it is the opposition party ODM which is trying to cause confusion in Jubilee party.
Some of the leaders who attended the event included Governor Mutahi Kahiga (Nyeri), MPs Kimani Ichungwa (Kikuyu), Moses Kuria (Gatundu South), Rahab Mukami (Women Rep, Nyeri), Samuel Gachobe (Subukia), Sabina Chege (Women Rep Muranga), Gichomo Githinji (Gichugu), Antony Kiai (Murkurweini), Rigathi Gachagua (Mathira), Gichuki Mugambi (Othaya), Jeremiah Kioni (Maragua) and James Gichuhi (Tetu).
Nyeri Town MP Ngunjiri Wambugu also attended the function.
