On 2nd April, Kuria West Director of Education, Robert Nyagaka was murdered in cold blood by unknown killers.
On Friday, homicide detectives who have been investigating the incident arrested 3 suspects and recovered items believed to have been used in the crime. The items were recovered at Maeta village in Kuria East.

A loaded AK47 Rifle Over 200 Assorted Ammunitions Czeska Magazine Handcuffs & Jungle uniforms Some of the items were found wrapped in a polythene paper &hidden in a composite pit.
The DCI reported that the suspects who are currently in lawful custody will be arraigned in court on Tuesday & charged appropriately
