I’ve always pondered; why do Kenyans wear safety belts only when they see a police check coming up ahead?
Is the importance of safety only considered when there is the potential parting of a 500ksh or 1000ksh note?
It certainly looks that way! As a matter of fact, this incident has become so common that many individuals always look out for the conductor’s signal to put on their belt.
Why don’t they just put it on in the first place? It’s for their own good, right?
