We will write, Draw Ruto on the Ballot, KOT tell off Atwoli

A section of Kenyans on Twitter have told off COTU Secretary General Francis Atwoli on his remarks against Deputy President Dr William Ruto.

Atwoli who was speaking in Lamu during a COTU fund raiser for Lamu Women’s Sacco said the Ruto’s name will not be on the ballot come 2022.

He said that Kenyans will go to the ballot to elect the President and his Deputy, The Prime Minister and his Deputy, plus other leaders but Ruto’s name will not be there.

He reiterated his remarks by urging Lamu residents to write down his statement and take it to the bank for free.

While reacting to his sentiments, one of the twitter users vowed to write Ruto’s name on the ballot.

He went ahead to say that he will draw Ruto’s image on the ballot paper as well.

He went ahead to say that Ruto’s supporters will use all means possible to ensure that he becomes the next head of state.

Several other netizens attacked Atwoli, telling him to keep off Ruto and put his house in order.
