Milele FM shifts frequency to compete with giant radio stations

Milele FM has shifted its frequency from 93.6 FM to 104.8 FM on Wednesday 10th.

Speculations had it that the breakfast show hosts Jalango and head of Radio Alex Mwakideu were leaving the station.

The vibrant radio station was established in 2008 under MediaMax which is the main company owning K24 TV as well.

The station has undergone many changes from being the official Rhumba station to being the home of African hits.

The re-branded station confirmed that the shifting to a new frequency has come handy with more clear and quality voice transmission in Nairobi and its environs.

Head of Radio Alex Mwakideu added that the new wave is to help them fight with other giant stations with high frequency.
