Wangechi, a sixth year Bachelor of Medicine student was allegedly killed on Tuesday by Naftali Njahi Kinuthia, her suspected lover, many people have reacted to bizarre incident that has since dominated the headlines.
What’s more shocking is that several people are supporting the killer as a new twist of HIV/AIDS infection emerged.
According to some unconfirmed reports, the lady had infected the killer with HIV AIDS and that he was on a revenge mission.
Others pointed out that the killer was financing her studies and she ended up cheating on him which angered him.
Hence the motive of the murder.
