Amazing Facts You Didn’t know about Famous Governor, John Lonyangapuo.

Whenever this statement “kijana fupi, amenona, round, huwezi jua tumbo ni wapi mgongo ni wapi” pops up, many are left in stitches guessing who the Humorous man behind these statements is.

Lonyang’apuo Krop Lonyangapuo was born in Kanyarkwat, West Pokot, Kenya. He completed his undergraduate studies at Egerton University Kenya where he obtained Bachelor of Science in Pure Mathematics and later on did his graduate studies at the University of Leeds, UK where he obtained his PHD in Applied Mathematics.

What many didn’t know about the famous governor is that Professor John Lonyangapuo is the only professor found in his county of West Pokot!

In December 2018, the now popular Governor hid in the bush soon after the state withdrew his security guards. He survived on blood and milk for three days.

Lonyangauo was then alone with no officer by his side. Those at his official and private residences were also withdrawn. The police searched for him so he could face charges of aiding a suspect escape from lawful custody but was not traced.

”since l grazed my animals. I was grazing them at Kanyerus, Morita and Losidok villages for the three days I’ve been away. I’ve been feeding on blood and milk. I’ve really missed ugali,” he said.
