Don’t urinate on Ochieng’s victory, Miguna tells off top City Lawyer

Firebrand exiled Lawyer Dr Miguna Miguna has told of top City Lawyer Donald Kipkorir on David Ochieng’s victory in the just Concluded Ugenya by-election.

While commenting on both Embakasi South and Ugenya election’s outcome, the lawyer had said Ochieng and his Embakasi Counterpart Francis Mawathe had only retook their seats, and therefore did not win.

The lawyer argued that one does not win what was his, neither does one lose what was not his.

He argued that Ochieng and Mawathe’s opponents had not lost in the concluded elections. He argued that retaining was not victory.

However, his argument hit Miguna Miguna from the wrongest side. The exiled Lawyer while replying to Donald’s tweet schooled him on the definition of Victory as per the Oxford Dictionary.

Miguna says the “The Concise Oxford English Dictionary defines “victory” as “an act of DEFEATING an enemy or opponent in a battle, game or other competition.”

He further argues that David Ochieng’s VICTORY against “Raila Odinga” is genuine and credible, telling Donald Kipkorir not to urinate on the victory.
