Manchester United will obviously want to keep their star players if Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is going to continue his progress…
If anyone can bounce back, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer can. The Manchester United boss has suffered a fall of late, having started life to his managerial days well. Manchester United is in bad form currently, and with the top four race heating up, they must turn things around. That said, they will want to avoid any backroom problems in terms of morale.

I don’t want to recycle the same old story, however, Alexis Sanchez is largely to blame for this. Well, not the Chilean, more so United’s stupidity in signing him for such huge wages. Now every player at United will want to capitalise on the board’s generosity. It wouldn’t be so bad if Alexis was good, but let’s face it, he’s not anymore.

Paul Pogba, on the other hand, is an excellent midfielder. This makes for quite the interesting decision making. Should United just throw all reluctance out of the window and cough up the £500,000? What kind of repercussions will that hold for their future transfer negotiations?

Pogba is United’s main source of creativity. He loves to bring the ball forward from midfield and get his attacking teammates involved in the play. He especially brings out the best in Romelu Lukaku and Jesse Lingard.

Under Solskjaer, the Frenchman looks much better. It doesn’t take a genius to figure out why either, it’s because he’s been given the attacking freedom he wasn’t allowed under Jose Mourinho. Perhaps this will sway the Norwegian to tempt the board, but he will know that this is a hefty fee, given the era he came through.

cording to The Sun, Paul Pogba is willing to stay at Old Trafford. However, he is asking for a hefty price. The English outlet reports that Pogba wants £500,000 per week if he is to stay for longer with the Red Devils. This is clearly a hefty fee, and only one man is to blame for that…
